Job Description:
As the Marketing Assistant at Extrity Services, you will be instrumental in supporting our growing marketing initiatives. Your contribution will be pivotal in executing our social media, content, and lead-generation strategies. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to help grow our brand across key platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, has an eye for design, and is eager to contribute to a high-growth, service-driven company.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media platforms for engagement (likes, comments, shares) and ensure timely responses to inquiries and interactions.
- Track and report on key social media metrics, aiming for 10% audience growth and 5-10% engagement increase monthly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-quality content, including educational videos, articles, and social media posts.
- Draft text posts and design graphics using tools like Canva or Photoshop, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
- Assist in the production of video content (Reels, YouTube tutorials) and manage content uploads across platforms.
- Support email campaign development, including designing, drafting, and scheduling email newsletters and outreach campaigns.
- Assist in lead-generation efforts through email funnels, tracking and analyzing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Update and manage leads in our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure data integrity and follow-up accuracy.
- Conduct research and data entry for new leads from target industries like hospitals, schools, hotels, and commercial real estate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Sales and Business Operations teams, to ensure seamless communication and execution of marketing plans.
- Track progress on marketing campaigns and report to the Marketing Manager on milestones and key metrics.
- Support SEO efforts by optimizing blog posts, web pages, and YouTube content to drive organic traffic.
- Track website performance metrics, providing recommendations for content and site improvements.
What You'll Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields (internships count).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Analytical Skills: Experience tracking metrics for social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft engaging content for various audiences.
- Creativity: A keen eye for design and the ability to contribute creative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a remote and fast-paced environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
