Job description

Aviation Parts Executive is searching for a full-time marketing assistant. Assist with social media planning, posting, and engagement, as well as event design, photography, and video production. The marketing assistant will be responsible for website maintenance and updates.

Schedule: 8AM-5PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Work location: In-Person

Salary: $17-19 PER HOUR

Language Requirements: ENGLISH & SPANISH

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).

• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.

• Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools (preferred).

• Familiarity with web conferencing tools and basic UI/UX understanding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing website design, updates, and content formatting.

• Coordinate with departments to prioritize and fulfill web requests.

• Create and edit web content (text, images, graphics) to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on landing pages, redesigns, and content updates.

• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and monitoring performance.

• Assist in creating engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) for digital platforms.

• Support event planning, including expos and promotional material creation (lanyards, calendars, etc.).

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies.

• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, email communications, and project tracking.
