Marketing Assistant - Estructure, Inc.

The Marketing Assistant at Estructure, Inc. plays a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts and initiatives. Working closely with the marketing team, this position focuses on assisting with the execution of various marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and maintaining marketing materials. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Manage and update the company’s social media channels, including content creation and scheduling.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to inform marketing efforts.

• Support the organization of marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and community outreach.

• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.

• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including coordinating schedules and meetings.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.

• Knowledge of basic graphic design and content creation.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

• Experience with analytical tools to track and report on marketing performance.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
