We are searching for driven, creative, and career-focused individuals to join us as an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant. This role includes comprehensive training in brand marketing, sales, customer relations, and client management, setting you up to eventually create and implement impactful direct marketing campaigns.

As an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in enhancing our marketing outreach by engaging directly with our clients’ consumers and applying strategies that boost sales and visibility. Due to our consistent success in meeting client goals, we are expanding into new markets and are looking for a capable assistant to help achieve our growth targets!

Responsibilities of our Entry-Level Marketing Assistant:

• Execute direct marketing campaigns and handle any challenges that arise
• Receive training in current marketing campaigns, product knowledge, marketing systems, and sales techniques to enhance customer interactions
• Implement marketing strategies by engaging with clients’ consumers, generating sales, and increasing brand exposure
• Communicate effectively and professionally
• Attend in-person meetings to stay informed on product details, sales, promotions, and service benefits
• Support fellow Marketing Assistants and Business Development team members to reach customer acquisition and sales goals

Qualifications and Skills Preferred for the Entry-Level Marketing Assistant:

• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, or a related field
• Dependable and professional in all situations
• Eager to learn and improve skills in direct marketing, sales, and communication
• Motivated to take on new challenges and opportunities
• Driven to exceed expectations in any role or responsibility given
