About the Job
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Marketing Assistant to work in our Tampa, FL office.
In this role, you will assist with the coordination and management of Florida’s qualifications and marketing proposals. Support firm qualifications and proposal pursuits, which includes working closely with the Regional Proposal Manager to gather appropriate material/information needed to meet the requirements of the submittal by the designated deadlines. This includes assembling and packaging proposals/documents from inception through final product
• Assist with maintaining and updating corporate firm information for use in Firm Qualifications
• Assist with searching for RFQ/RFPs through various procurement websites
• Track, update, and report on pursuits of interest
• Coordinate with subconsultants as needed
• Keep track of professional firm licenses and certificates
• Maintain and update Unanet/Cosential (CRM) which includes, opportunities and qualifications
• Keep an inventory of all marketing supplies for proposals and qualifications
• Assist Proposal Manager with RFP submissions
• Special Project Assignments as directed by Proposal Manager
• Knowledge of procurement and RFP/SOQ processes
• Knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe programs
• Relationship Management

• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• 1-3 years’ experience working at an A/E/C firm as a Marketing Assistant
• Experience using Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & PowerPoint
• Knowledge of InDesign a Plus
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Knowledge of Unanet/Cosential (CRM) a plus but not required
