Shift: 8 am -5 pm Monday through Friday

Summary:
Develops and executes targeted marketing and communication strategies for an assigned group of service lines and/or clinical focus areas within the organization along with the Manager of Clinical Marketing Strategy. Develops and maintains solid client relationships and possesses a clear understanding of each client's core business. In collaboration with leadership, develops and executes targeted market automation campaigns, demand generation, lead management, and automated digital marketing programs to drive lead conversion and patient acquisition. Leverages and builds the marketing automation infrastructure, applying best practices and adhering to guidelines for personalized emails, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) landing pages, nurture campaigns, etc. Leverages The MetroHealth System's (MHS) CRM data to identify opportunities and provide guidance to ensure marketing efforts are targeted, thoughtful, strategic, and cost effective. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field from an accredited institution or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated below. 3+ years of marketing experience with direct to consumer brands. Experience with and knowledge of emerging media platforms. Adept at guiding and interpreting various forms of qualitative and quantitative research. Strong project management skills, including impeccable attention to detail, organization skills, and prioritization skills. Proven ability to multi-task, organize complex projects, and react quickly in a rapidly changing environment. Strong leadership skills including experience working with varying levels of seniority and cross-functional teams. Experience working with agencies and other external partners. Ability to think creatively, innovatively, and analytically. Strategic, analytical, and quantitative skills. Displays a dynamic and positive attitude, flexibility, and team spirit. Displays a self-starter attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and virtual communication skill. Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of software products (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Preferred: 2+ years of client (non-agency) brand portfolio management experience. Experience leading marketing agencies and vendors through strategic marketing programming development & GTM asset creation. Experience with a data base management and/or customer relationship management (CRM) software program. Experience with marketing automation. Experience with media placement. Experience with digital campaign & communication development. Knowledge of the healthcare industry. Physical Demands: May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. See in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to see computer monitor and departmental documents.
