The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Technology Automation Engineer to lead the implementation and optimization of our marketing automation platforms and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, eCommerce platforms like Magento, and data management systems including InRiver (PIM) and Bynder (DAM). In this role, you will establish standards of work, develop documentation and training programs, and drive the adoption of marketing technologies. You will lead system integrations to automate workflows and enhance data synchronization across platforms, enabling greater efficiency for marketing teams. As a key technical lead, you will guide full-cycle technology implementations, manage cross-functional collaboration, and provide ongoing support and training. Your focus will be on ensuring the integrity of marketing data, regulatory compliance, and optimizing our tech stack to align with business objectives.

What You'll Do at Justrite:
- Marketing Technology Management & Automation:
- Oversee the implementation/configuration of marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Hubspot, eCommerce platforms like Magento, and data and asset management systems such as InRiver (PIM) or Bynder (DAM)
- Establish and maintain standards of work, including the development of documentation, training programs, and best practices to ensure initial adoption, consistent use and optimal performance of marketing technologies.
- System Integration & Process Optimization:
- Lead the integration of marketing technologies platforms (including but not limited to Ecommerce websites, CRM systems, marketing automation systems, and data management systems) to enhance data synchronization, automate workflows, and improve the overall marketing tech stack.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, focusing on system interoperability and the automation of routine marketing operations to empower marketing teams.
- Technical Implementation & Project Management:
- Guide all phases of technology implementation, including requirements gathering, developing the scope of work, and creating detailed project plans to ensure successful deployment and adoption of new technologies.
- Act as the technical lead for platform integrations, working closely with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Support & Enablement:
- Provide ongoing support and training to marketing teams, enabling them to effectively use platforms to design and execute their own campaigns within the established standards.
- Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and support resources to ensure marketing teams are self-sufficient and can utilize the tools effectively.
- Data Management & Analytics:
- Manage the flow of data between marketing technologies and other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide insights into the performance of marketing technologies and the impact of their integration with other systems.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Integration:
- Work closely with IT, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure the marketing technology stack is robust, scalable, and aligned with the company's broader digital strategy.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external vendors, managing relationships, staying updated on product developments, and coordinating the technical aspects of vendor partnerships.
Your Skills and Expertise:
To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:
- Bachelor's Degree (or greater) in Information Systems, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or marketing automation roles.
- Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Magento) are a plus.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of data security and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, PIM systems, and Ecommerce websites
- Proven ability to lead full-cycle technology implementations, including requirements gathering, scope development, and project management.
- Expertise in establishing standards of work and providing training and support to ensure consistent and effective use of marketing technologies.
- Technical proficiency in programming, API integrations, and data management to ensure seamless connectivity between platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and manage vendor relationships.
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000.
Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
