Schedule Expectations:
20-25 hours in operation on the floor
15-20 hours per week off the floor working on the business
Job Description:
The Sales and Brand Growth Leader exists to directly affect the growth and success of the restaurant by creating emotional connections, growing sales, and increasing community influence through .
Characteristics:

- Available for all special events, including Saturdays
- Good moral character in the restaurant and community
- Trustworthy with all aspects of finances and inventory

- Energetic and able to inspire team members for special events, sales goals, and promotions

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
MARKETING:
- Recruit and develop a team under you responsible for helping drive goal metrics
- Create a yearly, quarterly, and monthly marketing plan
- Prioritize time and budget in the following order and categories:
1. Food – Lead with real food then coupons when necessary
2. People – Facilitate the creation of “REMARK”able experiences in our restaurant
3. Influence – Impact the community through events both inside and outside the restaurant
4. Cow – Chick-fil-A celebrity; using the cow once a month minimum
- Stewardship of the marketing budget
- Take full responsibility for putting the marketing plan into action which will include the following, but not limited to:
1. Create or purchase all marketing materials, coupons, bag stuffers, catering brochures, nutrition guides, etc.
2. Sampling schedule, food distribution, blitzing
3. Spotlight
4. Contests
5. In restaurant giveaway strategy
6. Find and train team members to be the cow
7. Decorate the restaurant throughout the year, maintain the bulletin boards, and update POP
8. Run at least one emotional connections EVENT each quarter (i.e. Valentine’s dinner, Father-Son Campout, Daddy Daughter Date Night, etc.)
9. Fundraisers, donation requests and spirit week
10. Other tasks associated with growing Chick-fil-A Holland
- Utilize social networks and email for marketing needs
- Facebook, Spotlight, and Instagram
- Work with social media coordinator to formalize a monthly, quarterly plan for promoting Chick-fil-A
- Recruiting, Catering, Breakfast, Mobile Thru
- Focus on creating brand ambassadors
- Coordinating quarterly internal events to build into culture
- Help train CORE 4
- Other tasks related to team member engagement
How you know you are successful
- Sales GOALS met by leadership team
o Sales Growth, Outside Sales, Check Average, Transaction Count, 3 Party Delivery, Mobile Sales Growth
- ECM score is in top 20% of chain
- Catering goals are met set by leadership team
Eligibility Preferred:
- 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field or 3 years experience in marketing

- 1 year commitment to work in this role
