Our reputable client located in Maine is seeking to add a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to their New-England based firm! This position will require top-notch organization, communication, and MS Office Suite skillsets.
This is an excellent opportunity to add value to a collaborative group focused on project coordination and ensuring smooth administrative operations! In this role, responsibilities will include:
- Planning and assisting with internal and external events.
- Providing administrative support within CRM database – data management, collection, accurate updating, and technical support when needed.
- Creating and coordinating firm descriptions and profiles in various listings while maintaining websites and newsletters.
- Assisting with business development projects.
The most successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a Marking and/or Business Development position, possess superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills, and have an eye for detail and enthusiasm for being a part of a committed team.
