Description:
The Marketing Campaign Specialist will assist in the technical preparation and deployment of all marketing campaigns for Client.
This role will also assist the Marketing department on multiple marketing projects.
This person should be creative, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively, as well as have knowledge of current email best practices, HTML programming and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Build digital and off-line campaigns.
For email, modify email templates in HTML.
Assist with execution of all marketing campaigns through marketing automation tool and for email, to deploy via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Build campaign logic to support complex list of segmentation projects using SAS marketing automation products and solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to
HTML, templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution as required.
Perform day-to-day digital and off-line marketing activities including but not limited to, campaign set up, scheduling, testing, deployment and reporting.
Perform quality assurance checks for all campaigns.
Support team with all marketing projects such as project management of marketing programs, trafficking progress with key program deliverables with creative agencies, securing internal approvals and proofing marketing materials.
Assist with development of ad hoc marketing analytics for marketing, product development and sales support.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or quantitative field
3-5 years of experience in an industry, market, technology, or business initiative related to marketing or sales/customer support. Health Insurance industry experience a definite plus.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with email development, deployment, analytics and data mining in a professional (non-educational) environment.
Direct or database marketing experience in both a business to business and business to consumer environment
Knowledge of other database marketing technologies and Email Service providers such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Knowledge:
High-level knowledge of the following applications:
Salesforce Marketing Clound
SAS Enterprise Guide (Preferred)
SAS Enterprise Miner (Optional)
