We are hiring a Manager Client Technology Manager!
We are looking for someone who is very tech savvy and up to date on current digital marketing strategies. The Manager will oversee the Leads of the Paid Ads, and software automation teams to ensure that the BxB team is delivering high-quality services to clients. Working as part of the Leadership Team, the Manager is expected to bring new ideas for increasing services, productivity, efficiency, and profitability to the company.

Job Title: Marketing Manager of Client Technology
Location: Fully Remote
Pay Rate: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
Pay Type: Salary / Exempt
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm (eastern time zone)
Job Overview:
- Communicate professionally via remote means with clients and your team members to exchange information
- Prioritize and effectively manage time with little supervision.
- Work collaboratively in a remote workspace with team members as well as clients to deliver a high level of service to our clients
- Manage paid advertising team responsible for all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization-including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for clients across multiple media-paid search, display, video and social platforms.
- Develop baseline evergreen paid media strategies that can be customized to fit market needs.
- Manage Google, Facebook/Meta, and Microsoft paid ads account - 250+ ad accounts ranging from monthly spends of $500 - $250,000. This account load is to be spread amongst the paid ads team, including the Manager of Client Technology having a small number of high-level and high-touch clients.
- Oversee Google Platform products and ensure proper setup and implementation for client accounts.
- Test and implement new tools and features on Google and digital platforms to best serve client needs.
- Develop and maintain automated KPI reporting tools for all clients.
- Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and find creative solutions to client-specific needs.
- Create and execute presentations for current and prospective clients and partners.
- Coordinate, supervise, and inspire members of the Client Technology team.
- Work with the Client Technology Leads to plan, execute, train, and move the department forward.
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
- Maintain and promote the BxB culture within the team while ensuring the department's performance.
- Keep up to date on knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
Required Qualifications / Skills:
- 4+ years of project management and/or team-lead experience
- 4+ years' experience in Google Ads or equivalent
- 3+years or equivalent experience in Microsoft and Facebook/IG advertising
- 3+ years of Google Local Services Ads experience
- 2+ years' experience in Google Analytics
- Experience in Google Analytics 4
- Experience in Google Ads Editor
- Experience in Google Tag Manager
- Experience in Google Search Console
- Experience in SEMRush, Ahrefs, or other equivalent tools for keyword analysis
- Ability to analyze data and key performance indicators
- Service Titan experience (not required, but preferred)
- Innovative, curious and highly motivated
- HVAC or similar industry experience
