The Marketing Co-Op will support various marketing projects, focusing on organizing workflows for flexible packaging and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth transitions from raw materials to finished goods. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to ensure project goals are met and contribute to the overall success of the department.
When you join us, you will:
Primarily Monday through Friday, 30-40 hours per week, day shift.

- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth transitions from raw materials to finished goods.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of marketing activities.
- Support other marketing projects and initiatives as needed.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Previous experience in a marketing or project management setting.
- Familiarity with the horticultural or agricultural industry.
