Marketing Communications Assistant - Elle Seller

The Marketing Communications Assistant will assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, handle internal and external communications, and ensure consistent messaging throughout the company. The role focuses on communication coordination, content creation, and campaign support across different platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, newsletters, and other written communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant information for marketing campaigns and updates.
• Assist in organizing events such as product launches, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Help maintain communication channels with vendors, partners, and other external contacts.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and other creatives to produce visually compelling content.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report on results.
• Ensure consistent and on-brand messaging across all marketing collateral.
• Handle administrative duties for the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and liaising with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic design principles and marketing software (such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a marketing or communications role is preferred
