JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing & Communications Manager role is responsible for providing communication and support to both internal and external partners. The primary focus is providing internal sales support to the Operations, Business Development (BD) and other business unit functions through the creation of content and communication channels. This role will support the coordination of operations and BD events and National Conferences; will coordinate - out-facing communication portals-including email engagement, website, and customized materials that support BD functions; and will support internal engagement through team portals, recruiting advertising, social media engagements, key event publications, and other communications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports local brand “refresh” primarily focused on partner website content design.
- Coordinates external vendor relationships specifically related to email, web design, and branding for both local partners and the platform
- Collaborates with Business Development to create a comprehensive marketing campaign to support the acquisition of new partners.
- Owns development & delivery of content for a website, BD email campaigns, press releases, and doctor presentations (non-financial)
- Owns BD support materials-the “OMS Solutions” for new partners-including case studies.
- Coordinates National Event Planning around conferences-attendees, materials (booths, merchandise), and participation plan.
- Coordinates attendees and communication for “Day with OMS” on a quarterly basis.
- Creates partner engagement on event follow-up in the form of surveys and “lessons learned” to support continuous process improvement
- Captures OMS360 events in a variety of formats: writing, photos, and videos for use with both internal and external partners – including town halls and key leadership events.
MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years in marketing/communications role
