We are dedicated to finding a passionate Marketing Communications Specialist who is enthusiastic about engaging with customers and driving impactful communication strategies. Marketing Communications Specialist responsibilities include

• Distributing promotional material
• Responding to customers' queries and comments and networking during marketing events. 
• Be the face of clients, engaging with potential customers to promote brands' products and services
• Building relationships with customers, getting to know their needs
• Conducting presentations and demonstrations (client-dependent)
• Learning and retaining a wealth of knowledge about the brands' products and services as well as competitor offers
• Handling customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Completing new customer registrations
• Tracking interactions and collecting daily reports to feedback to clients
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team on feedback to inform sales and increase brand awareness.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
• Familiarity with Marketing/ advertising campaigns
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with marketing campaigns 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field
• Must be able to commute to the job location
