What you get to do in this role:
- Develop and implement multi-channel communication strategies to effectively engage ServiceNow partners and the internal Global Partnerships & Channels audiences.
- Write and edit a variety of communication materials, including emails, newsletters, event collateral, social media posts, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
- Support partner event initiatives, including demand generation efforts to drive registration, engagement, and follow-up activities.
- Work closely with the internal Global Partnerships and Channels team to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing.
In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and with partners. A can-do attitude, willing to step in and help wherever needed, with no task too big or small.
- Experience: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
- Writing and Editing Skills: Ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content across various mediums. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Suite, Canva, and LinkedIn is a plus.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting tight deadlines while delivering high-quality outputs.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company: While a background in B2B or partner ecosystems is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with specific tools and platforms: While knowledge of tools such as Marketo, SharePoint, and Adobe Analytics is advantageous, it is not essential.
- Event expertise: While experience in event support is a bonus, candidates do not need to be experts in driving demand for events.
