Here's how a(n) Marketing Coordinator for our Seattle office contributes to our team: **Responsibilities** + Create and manage content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters. + Assist in the preparation and coordination of proposal documents and presentations. + Execute district marketing initiatives based on the district marketing plan. + Conduct market research to support business development initiatives. + Provide support for internal communication initiatives and employee engagement programs. + Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and promotional items. + Support the development and execution of the company's brand strategy. + Support industry events through planning, going to events, and development material for those events. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or related field. + 2-4 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry, preferably within the construction industry. + Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, particularly within the B2B environments. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. + Strong analytical skills and problem solver. + Self-starter who has strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. + Knowledge of construction terms and industry trends is a plus. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. + 2+ years of experience with InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite. The salary range for this position is $63,500 to $82,200 depending on background and experience.
