ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital / Analysis
- Manages on a day-to-day basis all social and digital channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok & new emerging channels).
- Assists in the production and implementation of marketing communication campaigns (including digital, social media, web-based, out-of-home, print, email, online).
- Coordinates the operational aspects of the development and production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, videos, and support materials.
- Compiles marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist in the evaluation of campaign effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.
- Identifies new technologies and products for online campaigns.
- Responsible for website management & execution.
- Manages online reviews on a day-to-day basis.
Content / Communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and brand positioning.
- Maintains email marketing and execution (newsletters, new campaigns, engagement (trigger/flows), and contact management).
- Assists with replies to general inquiries received via email.
Event Support
- Goodwill hosts several events throughout the year, engaging volunteers, Board members, elected officials, Goodwill supporters, and community members. Provide support with event management, coordination, and promotion.
- Performs duties in accordance with Goodwill’s standard policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Concentration in marketing or relates subject preferred.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in digital marketing and advertising.
- Experience in working with all aspects of the marketing and awareness campaign.
- Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool.
- Understanding of website metrics and best practices.
- Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Exercises discretion, confidentiality, and sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Satisfactory results of all required background checks.
