Job DescriptionThe Marketing Coordinator’s main function is supporting Hennessy & Roach in maintaining and developing business through marketing and events, data management, opening file procedures, developing client databases, general marketing tasks and producing marketing materials.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Create, update and order marketing materials.
- Assist with RFP completion.
- HubSpot administration and management.
- Produce client email marketing/information/invitations campaigns.
- Develop and maintain attorney resumes for use in web production, marketing materials, and client requests.
- Updates and maintains H&R website, LinkedIn and social media.
- Review and produce client RFPs as directed by Equity Partner.
- Maintain updated client information in database, including correct CC listings on files.
- Plan and assist with client events or employee events as needed to ensure they run smoothly.
- Review and process incoming file materials in accordance with firm policy and client billing guidelines to include creation of client prefixes and maintenance of firm database, client teams, and proper CC listings.
- Review and maintain client database to include delegating and following up with research of potential clients to obtain current contact information, ensuring data entry is accurate and in accordance with firm policy.
- Data entry and data management.
- Other related duties and tasks as assigned.
- Associate or a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative marketing experience supporting a corporate office.
- Adobe Photoshop experience preferred.
- HubSpot experience preferred.
- Previous experience working in law firm or perfect law software preferred.
- Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficient experience required.
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task well.

- Firm and Client Confidentiality required.
