Role Description
As the Marketing Coordinator at drvn, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth across digital channels and traditional media. This multifaceted role encompasses digital marketing, brand management, and traditional media coordination, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and meticulous planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility across online channels and promote the company"s services effectively.
- Channel Management: Manage digital marketing channels, including social media marketing, email marketing, paid marketing, and content marketing, to engage target audiences and drive website traffic.
- Campaign Creation and Optimization: Create and optimize digital marketing campaigns to attract and engage target audiences, generate leads, and drive website traffic, utilizing data-driven insights for maximum effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze digital marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Brand Identity Maintenance: Maintain the company"s brand identity across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual elements, and brand positioning.
- Guidelines Development: Monitor brand guidelines and standards to uphold brand integrity and ensure alignment with company values, mission, and objectives.
- Perception Monitoring: Monitor brand perception and sentiment, conducting market research and gathering customer feedback to inform brand strategy and messaging effectively.
- Trade Show Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute trade show participation, including booth design, support material, setup, and logistics management.
- Marketing Material Development: Develop trade show marketing materials, including booth displays, promotional collateral, presentations, and handouts, to effectively showcase the company"s services and offerings.
- Event Selection and Coordination: Identify relevant trade shows, conferences, and events to participate in based on target audience demographics, industry relevance, and strategic objectives.
- Pre and Post-Event Strategies: Coordinate pre-show marketing efforts to drive attendance and engagement, as well as post-show follow-up strategies to nurture leads and capitalize on opportunities generated.
- Content and Measurement Strategy: Own the strategy for all marketing content, including content and measurement strategy for all Marketing & PR efforts, such as media/press releases and media kits.
- Media Coverage Monitoring: Monitor media coverage and sentiment, tracking key metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of PR efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor"s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and event coordination, preferably within the transportation or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding, able to develop compelling brand messaging and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
