About the Job
M&M Home Remodeling Services is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to lead multi-channel marketing activity in our MarCom department. This position will develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to drive M&M towards weekly, monthly, and annual goals. These campaigns will expand across various channels. You will be deploying channel-specific marketing strategies, facilitating marketing campaigns, and managing local marketing communications. This position will report to our Regional Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and create video content from current jobs/projects underway
- Lead social channels in response, content creation, management, and overall engagement
- Support marketing with idea, content, and grassroots marketing
- Build reputation marketing through generating reviews & responding to reviews
- Marketing Media Support
- Promotional / Marketing Material Creation
- Carry Out Marketing Campaigns
- Forecast Annual Marketing Campaigns
- Marketing Analytics and Automation
- Lead Intake & CRM management
- Marketing vendor management
- Reputation and Brand Management
- Creative Design Development
Communication:
- Monthly recap meetings
- Monthly 1:1 Individual Business Meetings
- Quarterly idea planning/content calendars
Social Media:
Oversee Campaigns Across Social Media Channels:
- TikTok
Misc. Projects:
- Content capturing at local job sites
- Misc. Project Requests
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or in a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in multi-channel marketing, evergreen campaigns, and experience with various digital and social media marketing campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of attribution modeling.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Superb communication and collaboration capabilities.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Advanced ability to drive creativity, consistency, and innovation.
