The McClure Company is searching for a Marketing Coordinator in Harrisburg, PA to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives.
Marketing Coordinator Essential Functions:

The McClure Company is searching for a Marketing Coordinator in Harrisburg, PA to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives.
Marketing Coordinator Essential Functions:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors and customer preferences to support marketing strategies.
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Create and edit content for marketing materials, including website content, blogs, press releases, and social media posts. Monitor engagement.
- Assist in managing digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Utilize web analytics tools to track and improve digital marketing performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Provide support in lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
- Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Assist in managing event logistics, marketing materials, and post-event follow-up activities.
- Provide administrative assistance with preparing reports and presentations.
- Other duties as assigned
Marketing Coordinator education, experience, technical skills & attributes required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of related marketing experience, preferably in commercial construction industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and presentations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
