Summary:
The Promotional Material Review Coordinator is a role within the Content Excellence and Agency Optimization Team, supporting Animal Health Global Marketing. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage advertising and promotional material submission and management through the Promotional Material Review process for the Global Marketing Livestock and Companion Animal business units.

Summary:
The Promotional Material Review Coordinator is a role within the Content Excellence and Agency Optimization Team, supporting Animal Health Global Marketing. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage advertising and promotional material submission and management through the Promotional Material Review process for the Global Marketing Livestock and Companion Animal business units.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all operational aspects of the Promotional Material Review process for multiple brands across business units, working closely with Marketing, Legal, Technical, and Regulatory.
- Coordinate review timelines with Marketing teams.
- Perform preliminary material assessments for readiness to submit to Promotional Material Review; including content quality assessment, completed metadata tagging, reference linking, and added document relationships.
- Assign the appropriate reviewer for Promotional Material Review across cross-functional stakeholders in line with global policies.
- Enforced content standards.
- Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders to ensure materials are moving forward in alignment with agreed upon timelines.
- Schedule, lead, and manage productive cross-functional Promotional Material Review meetings, as needed, including building and managing meeting agendas, facilitating meetings, and capturing comments and resolutions.
- Utilize system reporting to communicate and actively manage open tasks.
- Enforce best practices and SOP compliance.
- Provide process guidance and training, as required, to reviewers involved with Promotional Material Review.
- Assess reviewer outcomes for appropriate next actions.
- Request production files from agency partners.
- Escalate identified reviewer bottlenecks to the Global Marketing Lead.
- Move finalized materials to Approve for Distribution.
- Perform preliminary assessments on content submitted for renewals to be sure the content is not outdated and continues to be in line with content standards.
- Reassigns role management, as needed.
- Ancillary content excellence projects, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred, though not required. High School Diploma IS required.
- Minimum 1 year of Marketing Operations experience is required.
- Familiarity with promotional review systems such as Veeva or Zinc strongly preferred
- General understanding of pharmaceutical advertising and promotion.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising environment,
