Silver Air is hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our growing private aviation team!
Based in Santa Barbara, the ideal candidate will be a proactive, collaborative team player who can assist in executing marketing operations across multiple channels, supporting the fast-paced and dynamic demands of the private aviation industry.
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in day-to-day activities, including campaign coordination, content creation, social media management, and vendor communication. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and impeccable organization to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Campaign Management
- Assist in the development, implementation, and management of day-to-day marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media posts, and marketing automation through tools like HubSpot.
- Collaborate with departments across the company to ensure cohesive branding and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Content Management & Website Maintenance
- Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website to ensure accurate, engaging content.
- Coordinate with external developers for more advanced web needs and ensure timely updates.
Design & Creative Development
- Use basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create marketing materials like flyers and brochures.
- Work with internal teams and external designers to develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency.
Vendor Management & Marketing Tools Integration
- Manage relationships with marketing vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain expertise in marketing tools like HubSpot and Mailchimp for campaign management and CRM functions.
Project Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to meet deadlines and align deliverables with company goals.
- Document processes and develop training materials, including walkthrough videos, for streamlined project management.
Collaboration on Strategic Initiatives
- Support senior leadership on high-impact projects, such as the launch of Flight Club, to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with the development of business presentations using tools like Adobe InDesign.
Photography & Visual Asset Management (Optional)
- Coordinate with professional photographers as needed for promotional events or aircraft photography.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, content coordination, or project management.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CMS tools (WordPress).
- Basic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
