Marketing Coordinator - Psomas

Your Role:

As a Marketing Pursuit & Proposal Coordinator, you'll support our supporting our Marketing teams in our California, Arizona, and Utah offices.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating the proposal process and coordinating with technical staff teams from inception to completion
• Compile materials for SOQs, proposals, and interviews in accordance with client requests including writing and editing of staff qualifications, resumes and project descriptions.
• Follow through with printing and assembly of final proposal packages
• Assist with production of interview materials including PowerPoint presentations, boards, and other materials, as needed
• Managing and maintaining marketing collateral (resume & project descriptions) in Cosential
• Various other marketing duties per management requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year related experience or 4-year related degree
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) Industry
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, strong organizational and time management
• Ability to work occasional overtime to meet deadlines
• Professional, team player with positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Technical Writing, English, or Journalism
• Proficiency in Cosential or other CRM software
• Graphic skills to produce design elements for proposals and presentations
• Preparation to earn the Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification
