Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc. (MFA) is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and business development efforts. This entry-to-mid-level position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of marketing projects and collaborate with a skilled multi-disciplinary team.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will...
- Craft captivating and persuasive proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQ), and interview materials while expertly managing proposal schedules and internal deadlines.
- Propel our public relations and branding endeavors forward by actively contributing to maintaining our website, engaging with social media, developing press releases, crafting award submissions, and creating engaging blog content.
- Play a vital role in shaping our marketing campaigns, including digital marketing campaigns, through assisting with development and implementation.
- Research and track project solicitations and leads.
- Assist with planning memorable special events like conference/tradeshow exhibits and client events.
- Collaborate closely with our dynamic marketing team to elevate standard materials and maintain and streamline our marketing processes and resources including our photo and project description libraries.
- Use and maintain our company ERP/CRM system (Deltek Vantagepoint).
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing improvements to our processes and procedures.
- Take an inclusive approach to creating content both internally and externally.
To thrive in this role, you must have...
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- General knowledge of marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and an eye for design.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective and collaborative work style that meshes well with a variety of people.

Compensation Range: $63,000 to $74,000
