Marketing Data Analyst Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Data Analyst at ProPivotal, you'll be at the forefront of our data-driven revolution. Dive deep into candidate applications, harness the power of data analytics, and unlock the full potential of candidate leads. Your responsibilities will include:

· Interpreting data to optimize candidate utilization.

· Crafting search parameters to match candidates with client job openings.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address business needs.

· Delivering insightful reports and presentations to senior management.

Who We're Looking For:

· Experience: Bring at least 3 years of related experience in a corporate environment to the table, with exposure to talent acquisition being a definite plus.
