Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Data Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving growth by utilizing data-driven insights to optimize marketing and sales strategies. This position is responsible for developing trackable goals, building and managing data systems, and collaborating with content creators to maximize the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.

Benefits and Pay Range
- Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Trackable Goals and KPIs
- Establish sales and marketing objectives, and create key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress
- Continuously refine these metrics to ensure alignment with business goals and adjust based on new insights and market changes
- Build and Integrate Data Systems
- Design and implement a system of applications and tools to gather, process, and analyze all necessary data
- Ensure the integration of various data sources to enable seamless reporting and tracking of key metrics
- Dashboard and Reporting Development
- Create intuitive dashboards and reports to display actionable insights, making it easier for stakeholders to understand and use data to drive decisions
- Automate reporting processes to streamline access to data across the organization
- Data Integrity
- Evaluate and enhance current operational systems, and build new processes to ensure the highest quality and integrity of the data
- Collaborate with corporate and franchisee team members to drive the adoption of systems and processes improving data reliability
- Data Analysis and Strategy Development
- Analyze data and trends to assess the performance of sales and marketing initiatives
- Use insights to develop new strategies that build on successful practices and address areas of improvement to enhance processes and performance continually
- Collaborate with Content Creators
- Work closely with content creators to identify the most effective channels and tactics for driving traffic and generating leads across digital platforms
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize content strategies for the website, social media, digital ads, and search engines
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience with the full HubSpot platform or similar software (Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
- Proven experience in marketing data management, analysis, and strategy development.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMRush, and other reporting tools)
- Strong understanding of inbound digital marketing strategies and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with website design and conversion optimization

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in data integration and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Alteryx).
- Familiarity with creating complex queries in Google Sheets, Excel, and other data management tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.

- Have a strong interest in the current and future state of Ai and other new technologies along with their implications for the advancement and improvement of systems and processes

- Complete a Situational Assignment showing your ability to make recommendations based on your analysis of a marketing data set
- A final interview with key team leaders, reviewing the assignment, and ending in a job offer if we decide you're a good fit for our company
