Marketing Database Assistant - law firm (NY or DC) at R & W Group

One of our favorite law firm clients is looking for a Marketing Database Assistant in DC or NY. In this role you would play an important role in the continued success of the firm’s experience/knowledge management platform (Litera’s Foundation Software). You would ensure that the Marketing and Business Development (BD) teams have complete, up-to-date experience and other types of data important for marketing and business development projects. You would also be responsible for engaging with BD team members on their data needs and providing feedback for improvements. The firm currently is on a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications:

• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior administrative and/or data entry experience.
• Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and experience working with databases.
• Professional attitude, commitment to client service and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Highly motivated and self-directed, including the ability to work independently, to take a leading role on assigned projects, and to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy of work product, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Possess reliability, dependability, and motivation.
• Excellent organization and communications skills, both oral and written.
• A strong attention to detail.
• Ability to review large data sets.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $50,000 to $55,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
