About the Job
The Marketing Designer’s role is to execute marketing materials for the headwear brands. This candidate must possess strong, detailed skills in developing creative ideas, and be able to work in a fast-paced work environment. The primary responsibility of this role is to work with the creative and sales teams to design various marketing and sales needs with a strong focus on catalogs, style guides, sales collateral, branding guidelines, and various printed and digital collateral.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Catalogs / Marketing Collateral
- Design Headwear Catalogs and Sales tools. Develop creative, fresh, and innovative layout designs for various markets and tools each year and work closely with Creative Art, Merchandising, Sales, and Product Development teams to execute all projects in a timely manner.
- Partner with Creative Art team to design and build seasonal, collaboration sales tools, and sell sheets.
- Project manage Catalogs and Style Guides and work across departments throughout the course of each project to gather all necessary information for completing project. (i.e., style names and numbers, color palettes, graphics, copy, photoshop needs, etc.).
- Maintain all Sales Tools over the course of the year, making sure all product information is relevant and accurate.
- Internal cross departmental communication on updates and completion of various sales tools listed above, including but not limited to the Merchandising Team, Digital Marketing, and Creative Art to ensure most up to date info is loaded and accessible for Sales.
Special Creative Projects
- Work on special assignments that require a creative, custom approach both for graphic development and overall package aesthetic.
Photo Editing
- Retouch photos as necessary based on product knowledge and best representation of the product
- Photoshopping graphics on and off apparel for various Marketing needs when needed (i.e for Catalogs, social media, Web Banners, and E-mails)
- Manage, organize and update the L2 Brands photo library on the server after each photo shoot
Digital Marketing
- Assist with executing collateral for web and social media as needed.
Branding
- Assist in executing any branding updates to Headwear logos, trims, labels, hangtags, etc.
- Work closely with Product Development team to design product labels, hangtags, stickers, and packaging as needed.
Retail Signage & Custom Image Program
- Execute signage orders as requested from sales reps and customers

Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design and/or Marketing
- 2-5 years of experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Detail-Oriented with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong eye and love for typography and layout design

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses office electronics such as computer, phone etc.
Essential Functions and Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
- Light to moderate lifting is required
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time salary position, and work hours are 8:00 - 5:00 PM. Longer hours, evenings and weekend work will be necessary as needed.
Travel: May require small amount of travel, less than 5%.
