Resposibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns to further the reach of Chick-fil-A 113th & Nall within the community
- Schedule community engagement events inside and outside of the restaurant
- Manage the restaurant’s local social media channels and develop content for Facebook & Instagram
- Consistently training and developing your team
- Model positive interactions between HOH and FOH
- Show commitment to the
- Vision through H.E.A.R.T.
- Demonstrate Core 4 and Winning Hearts Everyday
- Ensure labor and productivity goals are being met
- Understand and enforce Food Safety practices
- Actively communicate with Team Members
- Team-Leader Pathway certified (Training provided)
