Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time, salaried Agent Services Coordinator to provide leadership and support to our market center leadership team and agents. This role is essential in fostering the growth and success of our agents and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls promptly with warmth, friendliness, and professionalism.
- Greet everyone with a smile, maintaining a positive, cheerful, and professional demeanor.
- Assist the leadership team with the growth and development of the office and agents.
- Share our value story through agent recognition posts, birthday posts, event invitations/graphics, and creating/managing the monthly training calendar.
- Assist with the monthly business meeting agenda and presentation.
- Make outgoing calls/texts to associates and new agent recruits/hires, building relationships and serving as a resource.
- Support the Market Center Administrator (MCA) with commission processing and data entry.
- Host onboarding meetings for new and experienced agents.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote the market center and its agents.
- Coordinate and organize events such as open houses, training sessions, and social gatherings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow organizational systems to stay ahead of growth.
- Handle all tasks with appropriate urgency and accuracy.
- Serve as the front desk resource and face of the organization.
- Maintain the appearance of reception and common areas.
- Manage supplies, ordering and stocking as necessary.
- Maintain the database in Command.
- Provide a world-class experience during the orientation and technology setup for new associates.
- Ensure all market center communications are timely and correct.
- Send birthday cards and manage the delivery of flowers/care items for special events.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance the market center's visibility and brand.
- Organize and manage event logistics, including venue selection, invitations, and coordination.
Communications/Interactions:
- Daily interaction with Sales Associates, Director of Operations, Market Center Administrator, Assistant Team Leader, and Team Leader.

Compensation:
- Starting salary: $37,000/year.
- Participation in profit share.
- 401(k) matching.

Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: $37,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year.

Experience:

License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required).
