Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist
The Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for the design, creation, and execution of ASC’s marketing materials across various channels, ensuring adherence to ASC branding guidelines. This role involves a blend of creative graphic design with strategic marketing initiatives. This role will research market trends, analyze data, and develop strategies to enhance ASC’s online presence, social media marketing, and overall brand reputation. Additionally, they will provide expert advice to community leaders on how to best reach and engage the target market, while ensuring that all materials are delivered on time and align with company standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create visually engaging content for various digital and print media, leveraging industry-standard software to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as social media, or digital campaigns, programs and events for the organization.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and monitor strategic social media, or digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- May work with external agencies and vendors to execute specific marketing programs.
- Implement innovative social media or digital campaigns for branding ideas, graphic designs, video edits or promotional material.
- Research, design, write, edit, proofread, and distribute electronic communications related to marketing programs.
- Works with designers or vendors to create art.
- Assists in the education of ASC’s branding policies to buildings and vendors.
- Manages online social review responses to customers and works with community leaders on notification when appropriate. Responses require a high level of discernment in the composition of the responses to our customers.
- Assists with marketing events as needed.
- Will lead special projects as needed, may require graphic design skills, which requires prioritization of responsibilities and time management. Special project management will require leader to understand the ask, develop a recommendation, work with team members for logistics and turn it around timely and present the completed job.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years' experience in graphic design.
- Proficient knowledge and proven experience with industry-standard software, including but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Adobe Suite etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Power Point, social media
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools and content management systems.
