We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Insights and Strategy Specialist to shape the future of our multifamily communities through innovative strategies and cutting-edge marketing campaigns. What You'll Do:
- Craft Targeted Marketing Strategies: Create and implement tailored marketing plans that align with our brand's goals, financial targets, and operational success.
- Analyze & Innovate: Track property performance metrics, spot trends, and adjust strategies to drive results. You'll optimize advertising spend to ensure maximum ROI.
- Lead Digital Presence: Oversee property websites and Internet Listing Services (ILS), making sure our communities shine online with engaging, up-to-date content that convinces people we are a great place to live.
- Shape Online Reputations: Be the voice of our communities by managing online reviews and feedback. Develop reputation strategies that keep residents happy and showcase the positive experiences in our communities.
- Elevate Through Training: Conduct training sessions to equip property teams with the latest marketing tools and strategies, keeping everyone aligned with company goals.
- Leverage Data for Success: Monitor marketing performance data, adjust tactics, and keep us ahead of the competition with your analytical insights.
- Event & Social Media Leadership: Bring our properties to life! From community events to social media campaigns, you'll create moments that build connections and brand awareness.
- Marketing Collateral Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including promotional items, move-in gifts, and community newsletters that reflect our brand's commitment to quality and enhancing the resident experience.
- Photography Oversight: Ensure high-quality photography is consistently used across all marketing channels, showcasing the beauty and appeal of our properties.

Qualifications/Competencies Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in marketing strategy, data analysis, and performance tracking within the multifamily apartment industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for resident engagement.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, website management, and social media platforms relevant to the multifamily sector.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, skilled time manager.
- Dependable transportation, safe driving record, and current automobile insurance and valid drivers' license.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Qualifications/Competencies Preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Yardi property management software.
