You have a passion for marketing and design, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The position incumbent is expected to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities of the position with reasonable accommodation.
- Assist the Manager of Creative Services in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote Trellis's programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visual content for social media, website, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure a memorable, high-impact, and consistent brand identity.
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
- Conducts market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Help create engaging content to increase online presence.
- Assist with creating flyers, brochures, reports, and assets for newsletters.
- Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing presentations.
- Create and design postcards for digital and print.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.
- Participate in training and other learning opportunities to ensure compliance and expand knowledge of company, position, and process.
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Passion for marketing and design.
Education
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Experience
Required:
- Previous experience in marketing or design is a plus.
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Occasionally must move about inside the office.
- Occasionally may provide presentations and services to internal and external contacts in a variety of business and work settings.
- Repetitive motion. Regularly operates a computer, phone, and general office equipment.
- Regularly required to handle, feel, grasp objects and reach across a work area.

- Visual acuity. Regularly must have close visual acuity to view and enter information into computer and software systems, analyze data, develop presentations and reports, and other materials.
- Mental focus. Requires worker to maintain focus and exchange detailed and accurate information through oral and written communication.
- Work may be conducted remotely or in an office with a small cubicle environment.
- Office work environment is climate controlled with no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
