Responsibilities:
- Regional Outreach: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources within both the Sterling and Morrison communities, including hospitals, physician practices, social service agencies, and community organizations.
- Community Education: Conduct outreach programs to educate professionals and residents of Sterling, Morrison, and surrounding areas about our exceptional skilled nursing services, amenities, and compassionate care philosophy.
- Event Planning: Organize and deliver informative presentations about senior care to community groups and potential residents in Sterling, Morrison, and surrounding areas.
- Marketing Management: Manage and track marketing inquiries from residents of Sterling, Morrison, and surrounding areas, responding promptly and professionally to all questions.
- Admissions Support: Assist the Admissions team by scheduling tours and providing families from Sterling, Morrison, and surrounding areas with clear information about our admissions process.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective strategies to increase brand awareness and resident census in both the Sterling and Morrison communities.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in senior care marketing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a related field (experience in senior care marketing is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to the specific needs and interests of residents in both Sterling and Morrison.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders within the Sterling and Morrison communities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A passion for senior care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to residents of Sterling, Morrison, and surrounding areas.
