Marketing Manager - $30-$36/hour - Washington, DC at Beacon Hill

Our client, a dynamic and mission-driven non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary to permanent Marketing
Manager to join their team!

About the Job:

• Ensure Foundation's brand identity is in line with organizational objectives.
• Uphold Foundation Brand Guidelines for consistency.
• Collaborate with Brand and Foundation Teams to ensure unified brand representation.
• Provide strategic marketing guidance and develop strategies for initiatives, events, and fundraising.
• Craft clear messaging for campaigns, press releases, and other materials.
• Oversee content creation, including website copy and social media posts, and coordinate with Marketing Specialist for various marketing needs.

About You:

• 4+ years of marketing experience in email and digital marketing.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.
• Experience working for an association or organization is highly desired.
• Proficiencies in PMS, MS Suite, and visual design software are required.
• Strong strategy, execution, and delegation skills while meeting tight deadlines.

About the Position:

• $30/hr-$36/hr, depending on experience.
• If converted to permanent, $62K-$78K.
• Hybrid with 3 days/week onsite.
• Office is metro accessible in the heart of Washington, DC.
