We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to spearhead vertical and account-based marketing programs and campaigns. Day to day, you’ll be working alongside other changemakers from Marketing and Sales to create compelling messaging, develop campaigns and seller activation plans, and more. You’ll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.
YOU WILL:
Our Marketer will have oversight over a few industries and accounts, and will:
Partner with practice leaders and sellers to develop compelling narratives and GTM strategies for industries and accounts
Use creative writing to craft industry or account-specific content (emails, articles, social posts, advertising, search ads, website copy, etc.)
Stay current on industry or account trends and insights to offer proactive, strategic guidance that shapes our positioning and to enable seller outreach
Serve as a strategic partner between sales and marketing, curating and communicating high-impact initiatives and drive accountability with Sales to maximize cross-team synergy and performance
Orchestrate integrated GTM initiatives, collaborating across marketing functions to develop and support demand generation campaigns

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:
While we hope you’ll do a lot of learning and growing with us, there are a few things we would love to see from you. We are looking for you to bring your marketing knowhow, analytics acumen, and project management experience.
Experience. 5+ years’ experience in industry, vertical or field marketing, or a related field. Advanced Microsoft Office skills is a must too and professional services a plus. You’ll also need to demonstrate expertise with campaign management, advertising, account-based marketing and content development.
Exceptional people and communications skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential. You also need to possess the confidence to liaise with multiple groups including senior executives to craft messaging and build out programs. Finally, you need to be able to cultivate and nurture relationships with sellers.
Creative writing and storytelling. Demonstrating excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills are crucial as well as the journalistic ability to source angles or perspectives from sellers and practice leaders.
Data-driven problem solver. Our manager will find the “aha moments” in data or trends to inform programs and approach. You’ll run point on sharing industry program performance details with sellers and practice leaders using clear and compelling storytelling. You’ll be using your entrepreneurial spirit to thrive with minimal supervision and keep your skills fresh by staying current on the latest industry news.
Accountability and project management. Our Field Marketer will need to take ownership for the quality completion of deliverables. Always keeping projects on track, managing time wisely, making strategic decisions, and keeping an eye on the details.
A bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. This must be from an accredited college or university. A master’s degree and/or professional certificates are bonuses.

Communication – provides clear messaging through emails, NH Weekly updates, power point presentations, etc. to inform and influence the business.
Cultural Awareness – demonstrates and utilizes an awareness of our culture and how data impacts, informs, and influences our culture.
