Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible and accountable for key marketing strategies for our North American family of companies, focused on a specific product/technology area. This position is part of an internal marketing team that works with technology group leaders, SMEs and sales teams to develop new products and services, as well as support general sales initiatives and brand awareness for our companies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital ad campaigns
- Collaborate with SMEs and other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of programs and campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new market/channel opportunities
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
- Develop and implement content updates for the company websites
- Identify important trends through marketing and customer data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience; must be in B2B marketing
- Must have strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop/Illustrator
- Experience with marketing automation tactics and systems, such as Pardot/HubSpot
- Experienced with social media marketing and advertising; mainly LinkedIn and Twitter
- Familiar with digital advertising creation, monitoring and reporting
- Familiar with website writing and editing (WordPress and Magento)
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, include technical and sales teams
- Ability to analyze problems and create a solution
- Strong prioritization and organization skills
- Ability to travel as necessary
