Fusion Recruiters, in partnership with their client, Justrite, are in search of a highly motivated and thoughtful Marketing Manager –Checkers (Motion) to join Justrite's team in Broomfield, CO. This role has the option to be hybrid or remote. If remote there will be travel to the location as needed.

- Collect and evaluate market intelligence, such as competitive moves, threats from substitute products or technologies, and new potential product opportunities.
- Bring ideas and insights to the company based on recognized market gaps and opportunities for growth.
- Understand JSG’s comparative position(s) and then translate ideas into actionable tasks.
- Organize, drive, and ultimately execute projects and respective duties, clearly delineating required deliverables to ensure success.
- Monitor and analyze competitors: Stay abreast and document significant changes to their position in the marketplace.
- Communication: Liaise with stakeholders to keep all apprised of pending projects and obligations.
- Copywriting: Operate as a hands-on contributor as needed –writing, editing, proofreading materials for publication
- Desktop publishing: Using Adobe InDesign, make changes to established templates, or existing documents or pages, such as changing images, modifying text, and creating a PDF proof.
- Tradeshows: Participate with strategic and tactical perspective, from idea to tear-down, to strategic reasoning and justification for attendance, make product display recommendations, and help drive traffic to our booth.
- Work with respective marketing owners for print, digital, tradeshow, CRM, and branding/design to ensure projects are clear and progress with speed to completion.
- Develop and maintain marketing project calendar and dashboard to report key metrics of site, program and campaign performance.
- Miscellaneous administrative duties in support of sales, office, and marketing-related objectives Maintain brand style standards –ensure consistency between print, offline, and online
- marketing campaigns and overall marketing strategy.
- Photography: Support development, i.E., photoshoots, art direction.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related business administration from an accredited educational institution.
- Minimum six years’experience in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Functional and working experience with Adobe creative suite of products, e.G., InDesign.
- Project management –must work in a cross–functional environment to drive projects, create and prioritize related tasks, manage multiple obligations, and meet deadlines while under pressure.
- Problem-solving and organization –ability to assimilate information and potentially conflicting ideas into coherent and logical outcomes.
- Technical aptitude –experience in translating and communicating complex technical topics to execute actions with easy-to-understand benefits.
- Communication –excellent written and verbal communication skills –experience in creating, composing, writing, and editing materials.
- Business acumen –possess insight to larger business goals and objectives and understand how the role fits into overall strategy.
- Sense for good design based on industry best practices;maintain brand standards.
- Ability to work in both a team environment, and independently, with limited direction, when necessary, to achieve objectives.
- Leadership –collaborate team of marketing contributors, commercial team members, operations and engineering, and others as part of cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility –be able to improvise and adjust to shifting priorities;positive “can-do”attitude.
