Marketing Manager - Magneti

Location: Remote-Hybrid (Denver area preferred)
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 annually

At Magneti, we're on the hunt for a driven Marketing Manager to join our team. What You'll Do:

1. Manage the daily logistics of digital marketing projects, ensuring smooth team collaboration and on-time delivery
2. Be the go-to person for our clients, maintaining clear communication, educating on marketing processes, and exceeding expectations.
3. Partner with Account Directors to translate client goals into actionable marketing plans
4. Keep a watchful eye on project budgets and timelines, tackling challenges head-on
5. Harness the power of project management tools to streamline workflows and keep our team in sync
6. Contribute to strategic planning, offering insights to strengthen campaign execution and drive client growth.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and project management, with required agency experience
• A track record of successful project management in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management platforms (think Asana, Monday, or similar) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress)
• A knack for juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball on details
• Strong communication skills – you're comfortable talking shop with both clients and creatives
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt on the fly
• A commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to identify and implement process improvement.

You'll be joining a collaborative team and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, working closely with Account Directors and creative teams to drive client success.
