We are hiring a Marketing Manager in our Herndon, VA office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 2-3 days per week, but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or the office for the remaining days of the week.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include:
- Work with Heads of Marketing, to plan and execute both global and regional marketing initiatives with a key focus on demand generation.
- Set up and execute campaigns, including Pardot and Salesforce campaign management, development of email content and social media, sales enablement and lead nurture programs.
- Plan and execute strategic events ranging from large user conferences to high-touch experiences (roundtables, networking events etc.) that support business goals.
- Collaborate with sales team and content team to develop customer success stories.
- Build a strong relationship with sales and participate in regular sales meetings.
- Work with Marketing Operations on a range of activities including tracking and reporting on campaigns and key KPIs.
- Brief and work with external agencies and the internal marketing studio to generate campaign assets as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with the global marketing team, ensuring market needs are addressed in global activities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 7 + years B2B marketing experience
- Degree qualified in Business or Marketing
- Proven experience in effectively utilising digital marketing platforms and programs, including marketing automation such as Pardot and Salesforce.
- Proficient in office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- A self-starter with a track record that demonstrates you are highly organised, with the ability to execute effectively against multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive in your communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel, within the region and sometimes globally, in line with the needs of an international company.
