About the Job
- The Marketing Manager will be an independent contributor that builds web experiences in a Content Management System (CMS) using components or building custom code blocks with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and/or JSON
- Executes A/B and multivariate tests in our proprietary testing application during peak periods
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and the creative team to identify and execute the delivery of marketing content
- Cultivate and build relationships with internal partners and engineering teams
- As a Marketing Manager, you will manage multiple priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment to ensure that all work is completed according to department standards
- Support the execution of quality control activities, such as the manual validation of content and A/B test setup through peer reviews
- Troubleshoot site issues and fix incorrect content data as needed
- Must work PST hours
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or relevant field of study preferred
- 3+ years of experience in front end development/web production/operations building web pages using a Content Management System (CMS)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as engineering, marketing strategy and UX teams
- Experience developing and managing web pages using CMS, JavaScript, and HTML
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of UX, SEO and other factors that impact web conversions
- Flexible and agile with ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations
- Experience interacting with stakeholders and design teams to manage components using built web pages
- Experience setting up A/B tests for multiple variants and ensuring traffic split between variant pages
- Front End Code experience
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems
- Ability to self-serve as well as work well with other team members/collaborate
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
