- Comfortable articulating campaign requirements, closely partnering with CRM data and operations teams to ensure their proper implementation
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of craft expertise in email marketing with demonstrated success in personalization, optimization, and journey orchestration
- Experience partnering with Research and Strategy teams to help devise, implement and measure complex test plans
- Experience navigating third-party agency partnerships to produce impeccable-quality, reliable work
- Hands on with Email Marketing, Building Campaigns, Collaborating Campaigns Calendar
- Experience with CRM tool; Tools used: CRM tools (Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, MailChimp
- Understand key campaign, channel and customer level metrics and how to take CRM data to drive performance
- Exceptional creative brief writing skills that can translate to clear, impactful, and action-driven email campaigns
- Superior organizational, project management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively under tight deadlines and high pressure
- Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders with a keen eye to identify business priorities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
