THE ROLE
The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Administration to develop, implement and execute engaging strategic marketing plans. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, and the like. The Marketing Manager will need to track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns all while managing within the marketing budget. The Marketing Manager will ensure all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

The Marketing Manager will need to track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns all while managing within the marketing budget. The Marketing Manager will ensure all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
THE JOB
- Develop and implement marketing strategies (both offline and online)
- Support Sales Channels B2B and B2C
- Execute the company’s business marketing plan and achieve key milestones and revenue targets: develop in-depth knowledge of all competitive product offerings and tailor product strategy
- Manage and coordinate marketing staff and oversee daily workflow of the department
- Oversee, Plan, Analyze and document campaigns (budget, results, learnings, …)
- Approve and oversee marketing material and content, from website banners to hard copy brochures
- Ensure marketing communications are coordinated, including the development and distribution of all marketing collateral
- Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
- Update upper management on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns and promotions
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly and annual basis
THE SKILLS NEEDED
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline required
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Leadership skills and experience in leading a team
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
