Marketing Manager - Mid-Level

Job Descriptions:
Oversees strategy, media and creative of all owned marketing assets such as email and organic social as well as corresponding on site assets
Acts as internal point person for all owned channels by building relationships with cross functional groups such as Merchandising, Planning, Media & Digital Marketing and Web Store Operations
In partnership with Creative, oversees photography process by ensuring seasonal merchandise needs are met, selecting talent, and approving final photography selections
Sets marketing direction and oversees team on execution of Influencer plans
Sets marketing direction and oversees team and agency on execution of multi-channel PR plans
Closely collaborate with critical business partners (Merchandising, Site Operations) and marketing partners (Consumer Insights & Analytics (CI&A), Media/Digital Marketing) on measurement of Marketing initiatives
Ensure marketing spend is on budget and that funds are allocated to generate high-impact results with maximum efficiency and an eye towards continuous improvement
Oversee two Marketing Specialists in their day-to-day activities and coach them on performance and professional development
Requirements:
6-8 years of ad agency or client side Advertising/Marketing experience
Agency and/or retail experience is preferred
Multi-channel, integrated thinker who can connect the dots between objectives & channels
Strong communication skills
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Campaign production knowledge
Highly motivated/ambitious and a new idea generator
