About the Job
As the Marketing Manager at KCAS Bio, you will further our mission by having responsibility for global campaign management, primarily through digital platforms and channels.
You will be the point person for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer and prospect engagement, and related account-based marketing initiatives.

In this role, we will rely on you to:
- Create marketing segmentation strategies and related message strategies that inform multi-tactic campaign execution. Devise various, holistic, multi-touch campaigns (with a focus on digital channels/platforms), that drive inbound quality lead and/or specific-account engagement metrics
- Create and manage campaigns deployed through owned media platforms, including social media, email, and other forms of digital communication
- Optimize paid search and paid social ad management; monitor campaign budgets
- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends (buyer journey) and implement findings into digital marketing campaigns; A/B test
- Work with marketing and sales leadership to create account-based marketing (ABM) playbooks, inclusive of targeted account outreach tactics shared by marketing and sales
- Oversee acquisition and conversion strategies relative to the website, including landing pages, SEO enhancements, and related content updates
- Contribute to building marketing automation strategies
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Keep a pulse on competitor promotions
- Assist with event promotion and tracking
To qualify specifically for this role, you will have:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or campaign management
- 5-7 years of experience in media planning or marketing
- Digital media background. Working within biotech or pharma is preferred
- Proficiency in organic and paid social platforms, WordPress, Google Ads, Account-Based Marketing technologies and Pardot/Salesforce (or related CRM and marketing automation platforms)
- Able to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment
