Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, talented Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will build, deliver, and scale high-impact programs for our internal Sales team to accelerate new business and revenue growth across our key verticals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and validate proven sales approaches and habits of top-performing sellers and sales managers.
- Create Sales Enablement training programs, resources, and tools to increase our sales team's knowledge, competence, and confidence in serving our clients and our business. Include assessment and testing for the participants.
- Create and maintain enablement content such as interactive workshops, on-demand courses, playbooks, simulations, resources, and on-the-job support to drive real behavior change and establish good sales habits.
- Define and track Sales Enablement program success metrics that are aligned to our broader sales organization's key performance indicators.
- Develop sales training strategy aligned to Supermicro's business strategy, develop curriculum and design training courses
- Train trainers to be able to administer training for sales groups with the ability to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in a group and individual classroom dynamics
- Develop systems to assess the effectiveness of the sales training programs.
- Implement a variety of training methods including small group training
- Plan and implement Learning Management Platforms and/or Content Management Systems for training path management, tracking, computer-based self-training sessions
- Provide sales training curriculum for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed
- Manage the learning experience consistent with company philosophy and company-wide strategy
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, training development, and/or program management for sales teams, resellers, and/or partners.
- Training and development certification preferred
- Experience planning and executing effective corporate sales training programs for large enterprise sales teams
- Demonstrated experience in sales and familiarity with value based sales methodologies
- Ideally have experience working in B2B and public sector
- You have worked in fast-paced, agile environments and love building new and innovate programs from ground zero
- Skilled at translating sales strategies and approaches into program strategy and well-written learning content.
- Own the program development and implementation experience from end-to-end
- Experience in developing on-demand and in-person learning experiences utilizing user-centered design principles
- Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and act upon data. You have the ability to assess the root cause of a problem and develop an appropriate solution
- Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Genuinely likes helping others and has service-oriented mindset
Salary Range
$104,000- $120,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
