This position is responsible for assisting in the development and executing successful marketing campaigns and promotional events. The marketing manager ensures our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts. |

Essential Functions: Assist in development and implementation of successful marketing campaigns to drive demand and enhance AccountabilIT’s brand Assist in developing and implementing strategies to strengthen AccountabilIT’s market presence Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share Produce valuable content for AccountabilIT’s market presence Build strategic relationships and partners with key industry players, agencies and vendors |
Key Responsibilities: Manage marketing activities for AccountabilIT Assist in the development of the marketing strategy for AccountabilIT in line with company objectives Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities Assist in the creation and publication of marketing material in line with marketing plans Manage and improve lead generation campaign, along with measuring results Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Manage and coordinate details of trade show participation, seminars, conferences, meetings and special events Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for AccountabilIT’s marketing Provides post-event analysis, budget recaps and participant feedback, and incorporates learning into future plans |

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other relevant field OR 4+ years of professional work experience; Master’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred 4+ years of B2B technology Marketing experience, preferably as a Manager Experience developing and running successful marketing campaigns Strong communication and interpersonal skills |

Other Qualifications: Thorough knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords Experience with CRM software Ability to set and prioritize goals Current with digital marketing techniques and best practices Analytical and creating thinking ability Excellent organization skills Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees. Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, Microsoft software suite of products, visual communication software products, and creative services. Experience managing external PR and communication consulting firms and contractors. |
