Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for four brands, ensuring each has a unique and compelling value proposition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Sales, Product Development, Creative, and Customer Service to align marketing strategies with company goals and customer needs.
Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment.
Market Research: Conduct and analyze market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences, adapting strategies as needed.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across projects and initiatives.
Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print media.
Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, representing and promoting the brands at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
